At Coffee and Conversation group meetings, seniors gather in a welcoming and social environment to enjoy refreshments while engaging in informative discussions on various topics relevant to their lives and community.  Each session features a guest speaker or presentation, offering valuable insights on subjects such as local services, scams to be aware of, Calling 911, Finding the right care at every stage of life, safety tips by our Senior Advisory Council members, health and wellness, or other resources available to seniors.  These meetings provide an opportunity for attendees to ask questions, share experiences, and connect with others in a relaxed setting.  Whether learning something new or simply enjoying the company of friends, these gatherings foster a sense of community and support among participants.
